Vaughn Technologies Unlimited (VTU) is a consulting and software development practice in Granbury, Texas owned by Sandye Vaughn. VTU offers interim support in a variety of expertise and owns publication and distribution rights to Phases - Case Management Software, a comprehensive tool used extensively by over 500 professionals in drug treatment and drug court programs to track and report on their data.

Sandye Vaughn founded VTU in 1997 after 25 years of business experience that included ten years as an independent consultant. Sandye provides software design, training, marketing, and business development plans for VTU. Previously she was Controller of Encotech, Inc., an engineering consulting firm in Schenectady, New York and the Manager of Information Systems for Mental Health Systems, Inc., a service provider with dozens of mental health and drug and alcohol treatment programs throughout California. Sandye has been formally trained in Humanities, Computer Science, Economics, and Education.

Tommie Vaughn serves as an advisor to VTU. After 27 years in the US Navy, he retired after serving his last tour as Treatment Unit Director for the Navy Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center at NAS Miramar near San Diego. He then served as the Director of the Industrial Medicine Clinic at Harbor View Medical Center in San Diego and was the Treatment Director for a Federal Probation and Parolee Drug and Alcohol Treatment Program. After 10 years as Deputy Chief Operating Officer of Job Options, Inc., a San Diego based company that provides jobs through government contracts to hundreds of employees with disabilities, Tommie is now retired.
